Dental Implant Guarantee

Passionate about what we do and proud of our reputation as a centre of excellence, we offer a five year guarantee to all our patients on dental implants.

What does this Guarantee cover?

This Guarantee applies to your remedial dental work and only for work that has been carried out by Green Lane Dental Implant Centre. Annual check-ups every 12 months are mandatory and regular hygiene visits to ensure the continued validity of this Guarantee.

Extent of this guarantee:

In the unlikely event of the failure of a dental implant, we will place another implant at no additional cost to you.

Please note, we do not refund the price of the implant(s) and/ or the oral surgical procedure(s). We neither refund the price of any other dental treatments or loss of income involved during the time of treatment(s).

This guarantee does not include travelling and accommodation costs and is only valid for remedial dental work.

The Guarantee will be reduced or invalidated if:

• Oral hygiene is neglected
• Dentists instructions are not followed
• Removable restorations, such as partial dentures or full dentures are not used, maintained properly
• You do not attend the practice for check-ups at least once every 12 months
• Gum tissue or bone is naturally reducing
• Substantial amount of weight loss or gain occurs within a short period of time
• General illness is present which has an unfavourable effects on the jaw (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after-condition excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)
• Damage caused by accidents, sports or any third party
• Smoking or drug abuse occurs
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
